Some of our beloved cast attended the BAFTA’s today at the DoubleTree by Hilton, in Glasgow Central. Caitriona and Sam presented the award for Director, Fiction, and Richard also presented. Sophie was there as well.

Amazing photos/videos above of our favourite actors of Outlander. They all look so relaxed, happy, and thoroughly enjoying themselves. Sam and Richard look so handsome, Caitriona and Sophie absolutely beautiful. Would have loved to have been there just to say “Hi” to them and to thank them for giving us “Outlander” and for being in the best show on TV.
Great photos, Courtney! Love Sam’s midnight blue jacket! Rik looks exhausted. Cait looks good in red. What in the world is Sophie wearing? She looks like a commander from Star Wars. ?

Seen Sam in that jacket before, BUT WHERE were THEIR POPPIES – Sophie was wearing hers.
I love Sophie’s outfit. I always think of the poor actresses freezing in their tiny dresses on these red carpets. The men at least have jackets lol. Cait could possibly have some under armour beneath her dress ? and it does have sleeves. But Sophie looks nice and toasty! If quite fashion forward.
Thank you so much for the beautiful photographs. As I live now in Scotland (Glasgow) I recorded the BAFTAs. Brilliant show and so glad for Catriona and Sam. I also wondered why they did not sport Poppies on their clothes
What is Poppies and what is it for?
The Poppies are for remembering those men and women who gave up their lives during the two World Wars 1 and 2, and all the wars following, The Poppies are worn during the month of November and particularly on November 11th, Remembrance Day – a day of honouring the brave soldiers who died for our freedom from tyranny, oppression and hatred. There is a famous and heartbreaking poem titled “In Flanders Field” written by Lieutenant-Colonel John McCrae, to honour those brave soldiers. The poppies and endless rows of crosses mark the graves of those who lost their lives during the war. This poem is truly for all those fallen in all wars and for us all “Lest We Forget”, which I hope in these uneasy times that we don’t forget.
Why were there no nominations for Sam, Caitriona, or Outlander????? What show could be more Scottish? What actors could be better at their craft?
