More on this event…

“Fraser’s Ridge Homecoming is the perfect event for the history-loving Outlander fan.  With historically accurate workshops, presentations, living history groups, music, dancing and more, you will be taken back in time to Jamie & Claire’s home on The Ridge.

Over the course of three days, 18th-century North Carolina history will be presented to you in a way that will engage all five of your senses. Your sixth sense might even be engaged with a ghost walk or talk or both. The Homecoming will leave you with a much better appreciation for what the backcountry pioneers of the 18th century had to do to live and survive plus it will incorporate Jamie & Claire’s North Carolina story with the real history of the time.” More information: Fraser’s Ridge Homecoming.

If you are a Patron of Outlanderbts.com, and you are interested and available to attend, please leave me a comment below. I will select a winner by the end of the day FRIDAY, Oct 14th.

You must be an Outlanderbts.com Patron to participate. If you don’t know if you’re a Patron, you probably are not one, yet! Go here to find out more about becoming an Outlanderbts.com Patron

  1. I would love to attend this event, Courtney! I live in southern Virginia and could drive to the location! I would love to meet Graham. I’ve never attended an Outlander event of any kind, have been loving Outlander since the first book was published in 1991. Love.love, love you and your ladies in the Outlander BTS podcasts. By far, the best OUTLANDER PODCAST out there!

      • I honestly just found outlander over the past few months. I have watched the series twice now and can’t wait for season 7. Just started the books. Love all of them. Outlander has brought me out of the darkness of losing my oldest daughter. I will be forever grateful to find anything outlander. Planning a trip to England, Scotland and possibly Ireland in the near future. Hope to win.

  2. I love the fact that this event is history-focused, and I’ve been wanting to go since it first happened! The learning and doing aspect is also very appealing, as well as being with like-minded attendees. I would love it if you chose me 😊

      • That’s a great way to do it! And seriously, this is such an incredible opportunity and it’s so nice that you’re giving a ticket away. I’d fly in form Colorado without a second thought. Outlander+stunning vistas+history? YES! My fingers are crossed that I’m the lucky one whose name gets chosen (I am a patron and commented previously)

Oh but I do wish they had not chosen Graham as Buck.

  10. I would love to attend this event! I live in Salt Lake City Utah but spent two weeks the end of August in Scotland. I love everything there is to love about Scotland and Outlander had a great deal to do with that.
